Service Description:
Transitional Housing assists people find housing with a two-year maximum self-sufficiency program and case
management. There are 18 units of transitional housing between Crescent Village and Sunset Ridge
Apartments.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Households must be at or below 50% Area Median Income (AMI).
- Household must be able to pay monthly rent and utilities.
- All household members 18 years and older must pass a background check.
- Adult household members must be willing to work with a case manager and complete a self-sufficiency plan.
- Households must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
