Service Description:
The TBRA (Tenant Based Rental Assistance) Program is a two-year rent subsidy program with case
management.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Participants must be at or below 30% Area Median Income (AMI).
- Participants must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
- Participants must be willing to work with a case manager and complete a goal plan.
