Short-term rental assistance program for households at risk of homelessness.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Household must be at or below 30% Area Median Income (AMI).
- Participants must be at risk of losing their housing within 14 days.
- Participants must have a rental agreement.
Yes Questions:
If customers answer “yes” to any of the following questions, they may possibly be a good fit for our
services:
- Do you lack the financial resources and support networks needed to maintain current housing or obtain
- other housing?
- If current housing is lost, will you become homeless?
