Service Description:
Community Action Council offers 24 permanent housing units for individuals and families at Sunset Ridge
Apartments.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Income eligibility at or below 50% Area Median Income (AMI).
- Households must be able to pay monthly rent and utilities.
- All household members 18 years and older must pass a background check.
- Households must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
