Service Description:
The Upper Valley Free Clinic partners with Cascade Medical Center to provide consultation and referral
service for uninsured and underinsured community members who need medical or dental services. It
operates every Monday night (excluding holidays) from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.
Please Note: The Upper Valley Free Clinic Medical Clinic is OPEN! The Free Clinic will be held downstairs
at Cascade Medical Center. Patients will check in by phone and wait in their vehicles until they are called in.
For the time being, the Clinic will see six patients per night, with only one Free Clinic patient in the building
at a time. Interpreters are available.
The Upper Valley Free Clinic Dental Program is working with local dentists to meet the urgent dental needs
of Cascade School District residents during the pandemic. If you have dental pain or an infection and do not
have dental insurance or cannot afford the co-pays, please call us at (509) 548 0408 to schedule a
telephone consultation.
Minimum Eligibility:
Available to residents of the Cascade School District (Leavenworth, Peshastin, Dryden, Lake Wenatchee,
Plain, Stevens Pass, Blewett Pass, Chumstick Highway).
