Service Description:
Whether a native or non-native user of English, WVC has classes at the right level for students. Classes are
designed to improve reading, writing, speaking, listening and grammar. Four levels of English classes will
help students complete high school English requirements and prepare for college level English classes.
Minimum Eligibility:
- Age 18 or older (younger students on case-by-case basis)
